So for this month’s blog piece I thought I would start a series of “getting to know you” segments that will give you some insight into the daily lives and personalities of our staff. I thought I would ask them some Off the Cuff questions and see what sort of comical answers I could pry out of them. My first test subject this month will be Lori. Lori is our Treatment Coordinator, she’s exceptionally good at her job, always smiling and making our patients feel welcome and comfortable. I asked Lori 5 simple questions and these were her answers:
Me: “Are you a morning or night person?”
Lori: “Morning, there’s nothing like enjoying the peace and quiet while everyone is still sleeping.”
Me: “What is the first thing you do in the morning?”
Lori: “Cater to the dogs.”
Me: “What is your biggest addiction?”
Lori: “Music, I love music. Some of my favorites are; Less than Jake, Buck-O-Nine (me: ummm who on earth is that?), I also love country music. I sort of have an old soul which brings out my love for music especially from the 80’s.
Me: “On a scale of 1 to 10 how “cool” are you?
Lori: “I am an 11… No just kidding, a 10! I think I’m pretty cool.”
Me: “If you won a million dollars what would you buy?”
Lori: “I would buy some property with a pole barn and take in homeless animals.”
Stay tuned for our next Off the Cuff piece (hmm I wonder who I should target next), maybe I can convince the Doctor to answer a few questions for us. How fun would that be, to see his answers.
